Overview:
Expleo Portugal is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales – IT Services to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth in the Portuguese market. This role is key to expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning Expleo as a leading partner for digital transformation and IT outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market, aligned with Expleo’s global objectives.
* Identify and acquire new clients, managing the full sales cycle for IT Outsourcing, Technology Consulting, and Digital Transformation Services.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring long‑term relationships and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Delivery and Recruitment teams to build competitive proposals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to anticipate new opportunities.
* Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI tracking.
* Represent Expleo at industry events, strategic meetings, and branding initiatives.
Essential skills:
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Consulting.
* Strong knowledge of the Portuguese IT outsourcing services market, with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
* Demonstrated experience in prospecting, winning new accounts, and managing existing portfolios.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across multiple industry sectors.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
* Strategic mindset, autonomous, results‑driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
