We are proud to present the Sublime Curated Hospitality Group. The Group currently includes a range of distinct gastronomic concepts:
* Sem Porta, featuring contemporary cuisine that blends international classics with Portuguese flavors, based on seasonal and sustainable products, in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
* Canalha Comporta, created by Chef João Rodrigues, a local restaurant with a strong Portuguese identity and Iberian inspiration, where the daily menu is guided by the freshness of national products.
* Food Circle, an intimate and exclusive experience around fire cooking, with live preparation, ancestral inspiration, ingredients from the organic garden and local producers, including wine pairing.
* Davvero, offering a contemporary approach to Italian cuisine, focused on ingredients and flavor combinations, in an elegant Mediterranean setting marked by the traditional Italian aperitivo.

We are looking to strengthen our team with:
HEAD WAITER (M/F) Responsibilities:* Welcome, assist, and advise guests in a professional manner, providing a memorable and relaxed experience;
* Ensure excellent table service according to established standards;
* Guarantee the preparation, organization, and presentation of the dining area before, during, and after service;
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service;
* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of spaces and equipment;
* Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP);
* Contribute to handling complaints and continuous service improvement;
* Support the development of a positive and cooperative team environment.
Requirements:* Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic and high-volume environments;
* Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence;
* Good knowledge of table service, wines, and bar (valued);
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
* Team spirit, proactivity, and adaptability;
* Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to continuously learn.
