Our Innovation Unit works across the full lifecycle of EU-funded projects under Horizon Europe and related programmes, spanning diverse thematic areas including health, digital technologies, energy, environment, culture, and social innovation.

We are looking for Horizon Europe Consultants \| Proposal \& Project Managers to join the team.

What you'll do:

* Spot funding opportunities and assess their strategic fit;
* Write strong, competitive proposals, from narrative to budget;
* Build and manage international consortia;
* Run meetings, keep partners aligned, and make collaboration work;
* Manage funded projects end to end, from compliance to deliverables;
* Help improve how we work, every cycle.

What we're looking for:

* Master's (or higher) degree in a relevant field;
* Experience with Horizon Europe or Horizon 2020 proposal writing and project management is a strong plus;
* Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, fundable narratives;
* Genuine enthusiasm for working across diverse sectors, from engineering, digital technologies, and energy to health, culture, social sciences, inclusive societies, and democratic governance, bridging the technical and the human;
* Sharp organizational skills and calm under deadline pressure;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Excellent written and spoken English (UK)
* Creativity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to keep getting better at what you do;
* Willingness to travel.
