Reception & Reservation Agent

Overview

The Reception and Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for

delivering a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining

experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills,

attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with reservation software SevenRooms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are an asset).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
