Position: Part-Time Hotel Staff

Location: Porto, Portugal

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared and standards are met.
• Support day-to-day hotel operations, including handling reservations and managing front desk tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Portugal.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is required; ability to communicate in English is highly preferred.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), particularlywith RoomRaccoon or other PMS software, is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic hotel operations.
