Our Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business line delivers a variety of Human Resources services, supporting the complete lifecycle of an employee —from onboarding to off-boarding. We offer people-focused solutions in areas such as Global Mobility and Rewards, HR Administration, Payroll and Digital People Solutions. Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us! Your mission will be…* Manage employee data and lifecycle events for both internal and external staff, from onboarding through to termination.
- Maintain and update organizational structures, including cost centers, organizational units, and reporting lines.
- Prepare and deliver HR-related reports and data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through the identification and correction of master data errors.
- Provide front-line HR support to employees and stakeholders via a ticketing system.
We are looking for someone with…* Academic Background in HR, Economy, IT or similar;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of a Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) is a plus;
- Solid IT background: MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), Workday will be considered a strong plus;
- Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
- Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills;
- "Dynamic" - flexible to change task due to automation of assigned activities.
