At Premier Tech, we are strengthening our Human Resources \& Talent Management service offering to support our operations in Portugal and Spain. This role will be homebased in Montijo (Portugal) and will work closely with leaders and team members across both markets.

In the context of evolving HR processes, through the implementation of tools such as Dayforce and AI, we are looking for a hands-on profile with proven experience in the challenges of the role, able to operate with autonomy and a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

* Conduct interviews and support end-to-end recruitment activities for Portugal and Spain
* Ensure a strong candidate experience, with clear communication and consistent follow-up
* Coordinate and contribute to onboarding and integration process for new team members

Deployment \& Compliance with Work Regulations

* Manage and update employee handbooks and HR documentation
* Coordinate/follow up on payroll and benefits administration
* Support time management processes
* Support disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and proper documentation
* Ensure legal compliance and provide operational HR support aligned with local requirements

Global Projects

* Support development of Team Members by promoting and deploying relevant tools
* Support first-level managers and team members in their professional development.
* Show ownership and initiative by identifying opportunities and starting projects aligned with Premier Tech’s culture and the local environment, with a measurable impact on the team member experience.
* Participate and contribute to Horizontal Teams that connect team members across Business Units, speeding up delivery while reinforcing consistent ways of working.

Required skills

* Proven, hands-on experience covering the key topics of this role (recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and advisory support to leaders and team members)
* Strong ability to manage priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver with confidentiality and rigor
* Fluent Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (mandatory) and English (proficient)
* A practical, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work across Portugal and Spain
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law and related compliance practices
* Availability to travel (Portugal and Spain) according to business and team needs
