Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Assistant Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. As an PO Assistant, you will play a key role in recruitment, team engagement, and employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Organize team-building activities and workshops to enhance employee collaboration and engagement.
- Support holiday tracking and related HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate on career planning initiatives, helping to define growth trajectories for team members.
- Maintain HR records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Language skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
- Location: The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Lisbon for potential in-person collaboration.
Availability:
- Approximately 10-15 hours per week.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, with flexibility around academic schedules.
