Job Description
I2C Collections Specialist (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform daily collection activities.
  • Monitor overdue invoices and carry out structured follow-ups to secure timely payments.
  • Communicate with customers to align on the payment date.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to invoices, credit notes, and payment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Sales, SCM, and Local Finance to resolve invoice disputes and support clean account reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of customer payments in the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the Cash Application team to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Lead aging meetings with stakeholders and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Maintain and Update Desktop Procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the I2C processes at the SSC.

This is what you bring to us:

  • Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Customer Financial Services (preferably in a Shared Service environment).
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP R3 or S/4Hana.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, resilient, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
