Indirect Purchase Manager M/F

YOUR MISSIONS
Under the authority of the Global Procurement Director, the Indirect Purchasing Manager defines and pilots the purchasing process form his field, in order to meet the company's needs in terms of quality of service and efficient prices. Your responsibilities:
* Define the purchasing strategy for the commodities that make up indirect purchases (IT and telecoms, advice and services, interim, suppliers, travel etc.) by determining the solutions specific to the commodities;
* Propose an organization in line with the needs of the business;
* Define the policies and processes applicable to indirect purchasing activities;
* Manage the panel and the relationship with strategic and major suppliers;
* Manage the proper execution of high-stakes or high-risk purchasing activities;
* Measure and optimize the performance of its activities in compliance with the processes, in conjunction with customers and internal users;
* Manage the purchasing teams hierarchically;
* Manage the development of employees' skills (awareness/training - individual interviews - training needs);
* Structure the activity of employees according to skills, workloads and deadlines;
* Supervise communication and the dissemination of information within the departments (information meetings/briefings);
* Guarantee the adequacy of the competences of its perimeter with the objectives and the strategy of the group;
* Conduct interviews, evaluate direct employees and implement appropriate recognition or disciplinary measures;
* Manage the achievement of the company's objectives in line with the group's strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCES
* Master or degree in Business Management, with specialization in purchasing or equivalent experience;
* In-depth knowledge of the purchasing process;
* In-depth knowledge in the field of profit center management;
* Theoretical and practical knowledge in team management;
* Availability to travel;
