The Role
As our Influencer Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and global growth by scaling our brand presence through strategic partnerships. Your work directly fuels our market expansion, turning high-impact creator collaborations into measurable user acquisition and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale Global Partnerships: Lead and optimize agency relationships to expand our influencer footprint across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution and tracking of influencer campaigns to ensure KPI alignment and maximum ROI.
- Performance Monitoring: Manage pipeline health and real-time campaign performance, ensuring estimated impressions and engagement targets are consistently met.
- Budget & Data Stewardship: Maintain rigorous control over influencer budgets while translating complex campaign data into actionable growth insights.
- Community Engagement: Boost brand sentiment by proactively engaging with creator communities and identifying high-potential social trends.
- Strategic Optimization: Continuously refine our approach by benchmarking competitor strategies and integrating industry-leading best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing within fast-paced, international environments.
- Agency Management Expertise: Proven track record of directing external agencies and evaluating performance metrics.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Minimum C1/Native English level to effectively negotiate and communicate with global partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and manage complex campaign pipelines with high attention to detail.
- Creative Copywriting: Demonstrated skill in crafting compelling social-first content that resonates with diverse audiences.

- Experience within the Travel, Tech, or Telco industries.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or Traackr.
