We are looking for a Marketing Trainee passionate about Influencer Marketing to help support and grow Zumub’s global affiliate program. This role will assist with campaign management and partner relationships across international markets.

ROLE:
Research and prospect influencers and affiliates globally
Initiate outreach to introduce the affiliate program to potential partners
Support onboarding and activation of influencers into campaigns
Assist with negotiation of promotional campaigns and incentives
Participate in planning initiatives aimed at driving affiliate sales
Manage the prospect pipeline and update partnership opportunities
Track partner performance with focus on revenue growth Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns and communication

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or digital marketing
Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
Fluent English communication skills
Advanced Excel knowledge; PowerBI is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
