Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• At least 5 years of recent experience providing training on highly technical subjects to both non-technical personnel and technical specialists;
• Demonstrable practical experience in the operation, testing, and maintenance of modern Information System Core Services;
• Experience with Directory, Identity, and Access Management across multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory domains and forests.

Desirable:

• Working in a NATO Deployable CIS (DCIS) deployed exercise or operation environments, or equivalent experience.

Duties/role:

• Delivering role-based (operational or managerial) and/or technical training and learning solutions to adult learners to improve job performance in accordance with NATO policy, guidance, and standards;
• Developing, adapting, and maintaining course and learning solutions while continuously improving subject matter expertise.
