Skills, knowledge, experience required:

* At least 5 years of recent experience delivering training on highly technical subjects to both non-technical personnel and technical specialists
* Professional experience with adult learning delivery methodologies
* Experience with online and blended learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Desirable:

* Working in a NATO SATCOM deployed exercise or operation environments, or equivalent experience.

Duties/role:

* Delivering role-based (operational or managerial) and/or technical training and learning solutions to adult learners to improve job performance in accordance with NATO policy, guidance, and standards.
* Developing, adapting, and maintaining course and learning solutions while continuously improving subject matter expertise.
