Inviting applications for the role of Insurance_ Insurance_ Expert Credit Controller_Domain Trainee_French_Remote EMEA!

Responsibilities

* Print, process, and dispatch standard letters and emails as needed.
* Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality checks on cash receipts according to standards; support data cleansing and mass change processing projects.
* Deliver exceptional service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining updated data.
* Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries within processing deadlines.
* Participate in continuous improvement or change project work and processes.
* Undertake ad hoc reports and projects to enhance credit control services, improving, standardizing, and automating processes where possible.
* Manage the direct debt process, reconcile differences on client and broker accounts, disburse cash received, recover overdue debts, and manage a small brokers portfolio.
* Distribute monthly statements and correspondence of overdue accounts to clients, resolving questions promptly.
* Resolve queries from underwriters and brokers via email, letter, and phone.
* Reconcile bank transactions with the finance department.
* Support new staff training and participate in new task transitions.
* Apply procedures based on brokerage schemes, products, or exceptions, including recovery by mail, email, phone, or fax; negotiation of payment terms; notice insured; management of notice impact; constitution of debt issue for collection company subcontractor or judicial officers; handling customer complaints and complex system issues like electronic data interchange (EDI) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Collect premiums and manage a portfolio of brokers and partners according to stimulus patterns related to contracts or intermediaries.
* Ensure recovery charges lower outstanding portfolios while maintaining business relationships and high-quality service to partners.
* Analyse aging reports and own portfolio.
* Responsible for premium collections, commission payments, refunds, and other overpayments.
* Input regulations into the computer system: handle unpaid items, manage each step of the procedure, and clear outstanding financial movements.
* Find proactive approaches to meet regulatory, tax, corporate, and compliance requirements when applicable.
* Maintain and update process documentation and task logs.

Minimum Qualifications

* Baccalaureate qualification required.
* Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
* Strong telephone manners with good interpersonal skills for teamwork.
* Curious, eager to learn, and willing to challenge conventions.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail produce high-quality output under pressure.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan workload to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated personal integrity by fulfilling commitments.
* Personable with the ability to build rapport and relationships within and outside the company.
* Strong customer focus.
* Results-driven with energy and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment where response pace and quality are critical.
* Experience in commercial negotiations is advisable; patient yet professionally firm in recovering debts.
