We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse client portfolio and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and policyholders.

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role and will be responsible for managing a client’s portfolio (primarily focused on Property and Liability policies), while also supporting the team.

This role involves daily interactions with our internal international structure and clients.

We will count on you to:

* Manage non-life insurance policies.
* Calculate and issue premium adjustments.
* Issue insurance policies.
* Contact with clients and insurance companies.
* Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions.
* Manage related administrative tasks.
* Support team management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.

What you need to have:

* At least 5 years of experience working with non-life insurances for multinational and corporate clients.
* Proven experience with Property and Liability lines.
* English and Portuguese language proficiency.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and specially Excel.
