Job Description -

Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support brokerage operations and client servicing. - Accurately maintain and update client files, account information, and transaction records. - Assist in client onboarding activities, including documentation collection and data entry. - Provide basic support to client inquiries, escalating non-routine issues to senior team members. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests and error-free processing. - Prepare and organize standard reports, documentation, and presentations for brokers. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all activities.Qualifications -
