Inviting applications for the role of Insurance_Team Leader Claims Administrator_Assistant Manager_English_Hybrid Lisbon! Responsibilities: - Prepare pre- and post-month-end performance reports. - Maintain and develop agent scorecards to assess credit risk. - Analyze broker financial accounts regularly record data and manage payments within budget. - Develop and execute settlement strategies for complex credit control issues. - Negotiate complex credit control matters effectively. - Lead credit control projects with a focus on successful delivery. - Conduct file audits of team members to ensure adherence to technical and process standards. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders ensuring transparent communication. - Oversee daily team performance prioritize workloads and ensure team accountability for defined goals. - Recruit train and coach team members supporting their personal development and career planning while recognizing good performance. - Deliver monitor maintain and improve the team's key performance indicators (KP Is) and service level agreements (SL As).Qualifications -
