THE ROLE
Transaction Executives are an important support role for our growing Fashion Concierge business. Responsible for enabling a smooth and efficient transaction process that supports our rapidly expanding luxury business. Reporting to FC’s Operations Manager, this position forms a central part of our Operations Team and contributes to the sales order lifecycle, facilitating transactions that will help achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
As a Transaction Executive, you will be a Fashion Concierge role model and the main point of contact for online and offline boutiques and brand suppliers. You will focus on sales support \& operational excellence by maintaining a robust end-to-end transaction flow, working alongside colleagues across the business from Finance to Business Development, Private Client, Operations, and Sales in EMEA, US \& APAC.
### WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Support the Sourcing team by fulfilling purchase requests, using BackOffice Logistics Board to manage and maintain order details and payment information.
* Assist the Operations team in facilitating timely supplier deliveries for inbound items by monitoring the eta and tracking shipments.
* Collaborate internally with Sourcing, Private Client, and Finance teams to foster effective working relationships.
* Act as the main point of contact for payments with local and international boutiques and brand suppliers, building strong and successful relationships.
* Gain expertise in item pricing, understanding accurate buy-sell pricing based on suppliers, margins and FC Boutique locations.
* Own and maintain the Vendor Tracker, ensuring supplier database accuracy, including VAT information.
* Improve VAT recoverability by working with vendors to obtain compliant invoices and uploading them to Microsoft D365\.
* Manage payments for supplier purchases by accessing virtual cards, credit cards, and bank transfer facilities in multiple currencies, collaborating with Treasury and AP for payment approvals
* Upload Partner stock to FF.com via D2C, maximising sales opportunities and product availability for clients.
* Manage D2C stock upload availability and ensuring it’s updated to prevent order cancellations
* Maintain the Store Credit file up to date, ensuring that store credits are used when purchasing items.
* Strive to achieve both team and personal KPIs, contributing to overall business success.

* You have an understanding of the luxury and operations industry
* Experience in purchasing and financial reconciliation processes within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* You possess exceptional attention to detail and recognise the critical importance of data integrity.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating resilience, perseverance and discretion
* Ability to work independently and as a team with a solutions focused mind-set
