Job Purpose:

As theInternal Sales Specialist A/V your role is to act as the Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio

What Youll Do:

  • Buildstrong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and solid product knowledge (A/V)
  • Generate new business throughoutbound calls and discussions around solutions and products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Actively manage and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partners through account planning and cross-selling
  • Provide quotations, pricing, promotions and negotiate commercial conditions
  • Manage customer backorders and set clear expectations
  • Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs or Pre-Sales when needed
  • Drive sales of specific vendors or products aligned with expertise
  • Ensure high customer engagement and service level compliance (KPIs SLAs)
  • Promote TD SYNNEX value proposition and benefits to partners and customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in CRM

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
  • Target-oriented mindset with good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese language.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Understanding of the sales process and inside sales environment
  • Good attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM, quotation or order management systems is a plus
  • Knowledge ofIT and/or Audio/Video products is desirable
