As we expand, we are looking for a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and Shopify\-savvy E\-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. **About the Role** The Inventory Operations Analyst is a hands\-on execution role responsible for monitoring inventory flow, validating inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting omni\-channel fulfillment across e\-commerce, wholesale, and third\-party partners.This role focuses on daily monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution, working closely with US\-based Operations, Customer Service, Data/Systems, and 3PL partners. The role does not own strategy or final decision\-making, but is responsible for accurate execution, clear escalation, documentation, and follow\-through to ensure inventory reliability and order integrity across all selling channels. **Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management \& Order Flow** * Monitor daily inventory availability and order flow to help prevent overselling; flag risks and escalate issues promptly. * Run daily inventory, inbound, and order exception reports. * Identify discrepancies between ERP, WMS, Shopify/Fulfil, MarketTime, and selling channels; document findings and escalate to Operations or Data teams. * Support Customer Service by validating order status for delayed, partial, canceled, or exception orders. **3PL \& Third\-Party Inventory Operations** * Validate PO receipts against inbound shipments; track short shipments, overages, damages, and missing receipts. * Maintain logs of inbound issues and follow up with 3PL partners for status updates. * Track third\-party inventory buys, ship notices, receiving status, inventory levels, and sell\-through performance. * Prepare reports and issue summaries to support weekly coordination with the 3PL. * Create and maintain ship notices (SNs) and packaging SKUs as instructed. **Cross\-Functional Support** * Support US\-based Operations, Production, Customer Service, and Data teams with inventory reporting and issue tracking. * Prepare inventory data for weekly planning, replenishment, and transportation discussions. Flag low\-stock or out\-of\-stock products and document potential root causes for review. **Launch Readiness** * Confirm inventory is received, processed, and visible across systems ahead of launches. * Validate on\-hand availability and warehouse readiness using defined reports and checklists. * Escalate launch risks related to inventory timing, accuracy, or system visibility. **Problem Solving \& Process Improvement** * Investigate inventory and system exceptions using established procedures. * Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements. * Support updates to SOPs and inventory/fulfillment process documentation. **Reporting \& Communication** * Maintain daily and weekly logs of inventory issues, resolutions, and trends. * Prepare standardized reports on inventory health, discrepancies, aging, and sell\-through. * Communicate clearly and professionally via Slack and email with US\-based teams. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills** * 2–4 years experience in inventory, supply chain, operations, or a data\-focused operations role. * Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (filters, lookups, pivots). * Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is required. * Familiarity with Shopify, Fulfil, MarketTime, or wholesale platforms is a plus. * Experience working with 3PLs or third\-party fulfillment partners preferred. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills required. * Highly detail\-oriented, dependable, and comfortable following SOPs and escalation guidelines. * Able to work independently and collaborate with US\-based teams. **Work Arrangement** * Full\-time, $ 1,000 \- $ 1,500 monthly salary (depending on experience). * Required work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time (US) * Fully remote If you’re passionate about fashion, detail\-driven, and thrive in a fast\-paced digital environment, we’d love for you to join the Printfresh team and help us bring joy to customers—one pajama set at a time! **Please answer the following questions in this form, this is how we will view your application**: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd0AC14fyS2D\-NSkxUtd5eR1Qn5efJbhWWWhzXiQ\_J\-VFGACA/viewform?usp\=header Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 1,180\.00€ \- 1,500\.00€ per day Work Location: Remote
