Descrição da Vaga
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for an Inventory Specialist who thinks in numbers, moves fast, keeps operations tight, and has a tech-savvy mindset.
This is not a “track stock and react” role.
This is where inventory, cash flow, and operations come together. From forecasting demand to managing suppliers and coordinating shipments, everything sits under your control.
You’ll turn data into decisions, keep stock aligned with demand, and make sure nothing slows down fulfillment.
You’ll work across purchasing, logistics, and eCommerce operations - connecting the dots, fixing gaps early, and keeping product flow smooth.
Strong logic and analytical thinking are a must here. This role runs on data, patterns, and clear decisions. You’ll help us implement AI tools, improve workflows, and build systems that keep operations efficient and predictable.
If you love:
- working with numbers and making them actionable
- spotting issues before they turn into problems
- keeping systems clean, organized, and predictable
- improving workflows instead of working around them
- using AI tools beyond drafting emails
…and you like having full ownership over how things run behind the scenes, you might be our person
