IT Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about agile software development, business analysis, and delivering impactful digital solutions? Then this position is for you.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable functional requirements and ensuring their delivery with high quality within a global agile squad.

Build side:

* Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating challenges and evaluating impacts.
* Collaborate with squad and tribe architects to define effective solutions.
* Break down business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for iterative delivery cycles.
* Document functional requirements clearly for development, product, and support teams.
* Contribute to the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to relevant stakeholders.

Run side:

* Support testing and validation of user stories, ensuring quality throughout development.
* Participate in non-regression and user acceptance tests prior to production releases.
* Monitor and validate requirements implementation to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
* Maintain updated documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across the squad.
* Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives within agile teams.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development environments. You enjoy translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You have solid experience in business analysis within agile software projects, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting testing activities. You enjoy working closely with product owners and development teams to ensure successful delivery of complex digital solutions.

This is your expertise:

* Technologies \& tools (within an Agile, IT, and Digital team):

+ Agile frameworks: Scrum / SAFe
+ Requirements management: User stories, use cases, acceptance criteria
+ SQL and relational databases for data analysis
+ Working knowledge of SDLC, quality assurance, and release management
+ Ability to analyze data relationships across business areas
+ Experience in documentation and knowledge sharing for global teams
