With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.
IT Business Analyst
This is your mission
Are you passionate about optimizing processes, understanding business needs, and driving impactful digital solutions? Then this position is for you.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency and bridging business and IT within an Intelligent Automation environment:
Build side:
* Gather, analyze, challenge, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
* Validate and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
* Define and document detailed functional specifications in collaboration with Process Owners and Key Users
* Contribute to process optimization and identify business impacts of proposed solutions
* Support the design and preparation of test strategies and test plans
* Ensure alignment between business needs and IT delivery throughout project lifecycle
* Participate in the identification and prioritization of automation opportunities
* Ensure documentation quality and consistency across deliverables
Run side:
* Act as a functional point of contact for IT teams across project phases
* Support testing phases and ensure execution aligns with defined test plans
* Communicate project status and progress to internal stakeholders and management
* Facilitate coordination between business users, IT teams, and delivery stakeholders
* Assist in issue analysis and functional troubleshooting during delivery cycles
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies
This is your background
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding IT environments. You are passionate about process analysis, problem-solving, and delivering clear, structured documentation. You are eager to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role within complex IT or transformation environments. You enjoy working closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into clear, actionable solutions, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
You are motivated by environments where analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key, and where your ideas contribute directly to delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
This is your expertise:
* Strong Business Analysis and documentation skills (BRD, FSD, Test Plans)
* Knowledge of Agile environments and delivery practices
* Understanding of process optimization and operational efficiency
* Exposure to automation topics (a strong plus)
* Familiarity with banking or financial services environments (a plus)
* Comfortable using standard office and collaboration tools
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (a plus)
