We are looking for an IT Coordinator \- Cartões to integrate the team of our client \- a reference Portuguese company in the banking sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Lead the team, define objectives, and ensure performance through continuous feedback and evaluation; * Define and monitor work plans, guaranteeing SLA compliance for requests and incidents; * Coordinate projects and drive process and solution improvements within your area; * Collaborate with other IT and business units and manage relationships with external IT service providers. What is required from you? * Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or other similar areas in reference schools; * At least 05 years' experience in leadership roles in IT, ideally in Software Development; * Previous experience in financial institutions, having a solid knowledge/ experience in banking business processes related to Cards/ Cartões; * Knowledge and experience with the "CAMS" Card Solution and Umbrella (Hogan) framework are considered a plus; * Knowledge and experience with Mainframe technologies/tools (COBOL, JCL, CICS, TSO, DB2, VSAM); * Knowledge/experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall/Agile), Design Thinking, DevOps. * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Ability to communicate clearly and objectively his ideas and points of view. * Fluency in English (written and spoken).
