As a Junior Information Systems Auditor at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Participate in integrated and IT-based risk and IT controls audits, as per the annual audit plan.
- Monitor and support corrective actions proposed and/or planned by auditees.
- Conduct fieldwork, including the analysis of organizational structures, policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations.
- Perform IT governance, risk, and compliance process analyses.
- Assist in evaluating security controls and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a compliance plan based on operational, technological, and compliance risks for IT-related domains.
- Participate in the execution of compliance assessment projects and technology solution provider evaluations, where you will play a significant role in managing the work.
- Work collaboratively with Systems, Risk, Information Security teams, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the compliance/audit process.
About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering with strong IT skills: Computer Engineering, IT Management, Telecommunications, or similar fields.
- You possess 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles, with an emphasis on information system auditing or ICT risk. You are interested in audit, risk, internal controls, information security, and IT fundamentals (networks, systems, databases).
- You are knowledgeable about information security, risk analysis, business continuity, information systems.
- You are familiar with technology frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27000, COSO, or COBIT.
- You are proficient in user-level computer tools, especially Excel.
- You have knowledge of Data Analytics tools.
- You are fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese.
- You demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, autonomy, and accuracy.
- You have planning and organizational skills.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
