Our 4\-star hotel unit located in Albufeira is currently recruiting for the position of IT Manager: **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and equipment); * Ensure information security, data protection policies, backups, and access control; * Coordinate the IT team and provide technical support; * Plan, implement, and monitor technological projects; * Manage suppliers and partners of technological services (hardware, software, telecommunications); * Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational continuity; * Identify technological needs and propose improvements to optimize hotel processes; * Provide efficient support services to internal users; * Keep up with relevant technological trends in the hospitality sector. **Candidate Profile:** * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; * High sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Leadership ability and interest in team coordination; * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills; * Proactive, results\-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment; * Availability to travel between units whenever necessary. **Requirements:*** Degree in IT or a related field; * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (experience in hospitality is an advantage); * Solid knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity; * Fluent in English.
