We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the construction sector.



What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

* Define and execute the IT strategy in line with business objectives.
* Directly manage a team.
* Manage on‑premise infrastructure, including physical servers.
* Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP.
* Provide IT support.
* Ensure best practices related to cybersecurity, IT governance and service continuity.
* Support the setup and maintenance of IT systems in construction site environments.
* Manage external service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
* Produce and present management reporting using Power BI.
* Act as the key interface between IT, business stakeholders and the Executive Board.



What is required from you?

* Proven experience as an IT Manager, Head of IT or similar role.
* Strong hands-on profile, combined with strategic thinking.
* Background in operational, industrial, construction or engineering environments.
* Previous experience in consulting is highly valued.
* Solid knowledge of on‑premise IT infrastructures.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
* Strong skills in Power BI and data visualization / reporting.
* Strong business orientation and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions.
* Leadership and people management skills.
* Clear communication with different stakeholders.
* Pragmatic, resilient and results-driven mindset.
