We’re hiring: IT Recruiter – Build Strong Tech Teams in Portugal

We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage hiring processes for technical and managerial roles for local and international clients, with a focus on the Portuguese market.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and building long-term relationships with IT professionals while contributing to the company’s strong employer brand.

Location: Portugal

Your mission:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical (Junior–Senior) and managerial positions
• Actively acquire candidates through databases, direct search, and outreach
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals
• Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes
• Represent and promote a positive company image on the market

You bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role
• Good command of English (part of the team is English-speaking)
• Strong communication skills
• Creative and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT outsourcing or IT consulting environments
