IT Risk Specialist & Middle Office
This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT risk governance, third-party risk management, and cloud compliance in an international environment? Then this position is for you.
As IT Risk Specialist & Middle Office, you will be responsible for supporting IT Risk COE activities and ensuring high-quality risk data management across cloud and third-party ecosystems in a multi-entity, international scope:
Build side:
- Support the coordination of cloud solution assessment deliverables across multiple entities
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of cloud-related documentation for stakeholders and cloud leaders
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation of IT risk activities within COE processes
- Assist in the improvement of reporting frameworks for IT risk and cloud governance
- Maintain structured documentation and contribute to process standardization within IT Risk COE
Run side:
- Act as middle office for Third Party IT Risk Management (TPTRM) activities
- Maintain and update high-quality data in group IT tools related to third-party risk
- Follow up on IT risk indicators including Key Risk Indicators (KRI), obsolescence, shadow/light IT, and permanent controls
- Monitor and track recommendations, incidents, and remediation actions
- Ensure ongoing reporting of IT risk, cloud risks, and third-party supplier risks across entities (France & international scope)

You have at least 2 years of experience in IT Risk, Cyber Security, or IT governance environments. You enjoy working with data, processes, and stakeholders in a structured and international context, and you are constantly improving how things are done. You are looking for an environment where accuracy, collaboration, and accountability matter.

You have at least 2 years of experience in IT Risk, Cyber Security, or IT governance environments. You are comfortable working in structured operational environments and enjoy contributing to risk monitoring, reporting, and process follow-up activities. You are motivated by continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
This is your expertise:
- IT Risk / Cyber Security fundamentals (general IT knowledge sufficient, no deep technical expertise required)
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC IT module
- Good understanding of ISO 27001 / ISO 27005 frameworks (highly valuable)
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments and cloud governance concepts
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Familiarity with IT third-party risk concepts (TPTRM)
- Experience in reporting, data tracking, and documentation management
