BCIC Swiss \| Best Connect International Company is looking for a Part-Time, On-site IT Support Specialist in Portugal. The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues
Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber
Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
Support printers, hardware, and peripheral devices
Perform basic repairs on desktops, laptops, and printers
Use diagnostic tools to resolve connectivity and system issues

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
Good knowledge of Windows environments & basic macOS support
Ability to work independently on-site

Requirements

Valid work permit for Portugal(mandatory)
Several years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and documentation skills

Local language & English B1 level needed
