Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in user support and a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for technical issues reported by end users.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex audiovisual (AV) issues.
• Ensure clear and timely communication on issue status and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation for all incidents and service requests.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized desktop applications.
• Provide basic support for Mac OS and Apple devices.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripheral devices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform remedial hardware repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and software/hardware issues.
• Possess a broad understanding of networks, servers, AV systems, smart devices, and telecom equipment.
• Adapt to a project-based, team-oriented work environment, and perform additional tasks as needed.

Must have Requirements:

• Valid work permit in Portugal
• Portugese language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Several years of hands-on experience in IT user support or a similar role.
