We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team in Lisbon. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Location: On-site in Lisbon (near Cidade Universitária metro station)
Working hours: 13:00 – 22:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Configuring new users
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Providing technical support across the company (in person or remotely)

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Experience with PC & Mac hardware, printers, and peripherals
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
• Experience with Microsoft server infrastructures and OS installations
• Availability to work flexible/dynamic hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English (mandatory)
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Knowledge of Google G Suite is a plus
