Overview
IT Operations Assistant SRAM Portugal Are you passionate about IT and ready to make an impact? SRAM Portugal is looking for an IT Operations Assistant to be part of a hands-on, globally connected team, working closely with end users, supporting reliable IT operations, and partnering with international teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, communication devices, workstations, and peripherals

Implement predefined IT solutions in alignment with local and global standards

Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date installation, operation, and user manuals

Provide end-user support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a service-oriented and collaborative manner

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance plans

Train end users on IT systems and applications

Participate in local and international IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Minimum academic qualification: High School Diploma (12th grade)

Technical training in Information Systems or equivalent practical knowledge

Knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware

Programming language knowledge is a plus

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented attitude

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Residence within 30 km of SRAM Portugal (preferred)

Availability for international travel
