Job Overview

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in IT/service desk support who are fluent in English and eager to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

* 4–5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
