Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (minimum C1 level)
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
Role overview
As an Operations Customer Expert (Advertiser Support), you will:
- Help businesses manage and improve their advertising campaigns on the platform
- Solve technical issues and report bugs
- Guide users on how to use advertising tools effectively
- Provide support before and after customers purchase ads
Main responsibilities
- Support small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
- Make outbound calls when needed
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance
- Identify common issues and suggest improvements
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Salary & benefits
- €929 gross monthly salary
- Two additional salary payments per year (split payments)
