Our client is seeking for professional and ambitious personnel to work in Lisbon.
Customer Support:
Part of your daily activities will be:
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Turkish and English;
Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
dentify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
Sales position (inbound calls) - you will be responsible for handling various inquiries from our customers regarding their hotel bookings.
Requirements:
Speak full fluency Italian level language skill (If you speak other language send me your CV in English through PM);
Speak English B2;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates..
