Your missions

Position based in Lisbon
In a rapidly expanding context, we are seeking a Junior Asset Manager to work on a highly diversified pan-European portfolio with a focus on Southern Europe and Poland.
Under the responsibility of the Senior Asset Manager your main missions include, among others:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and address their complaints,
- Negotiate and draft leases and amendments with our lawyers
- Handle rent collection and indexations
- Verify and organise service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Manage reminders, formal notices, and late penalties,
- Handle litigation/pre-litigation procedures
- Establish and monitor internal cash flow budgets of your assets.
- Manage the implementation and monitoring of contracts
- Keep internal systems/databases up to date.
- Ensure effective communication with external service providers
- Monitor brokers throughout commercial negotiations.
- Monitor and evaluate the Portfolio’s ESG / Sustainability credentials.
Profile
-----------
- With a background in commercial real estate, you should have at least 12 months post qualified experience as Asset Manager working on commercial real estate assets.
- You enjoy working in a small-scale fast-paced environment, you are adaptable, commercial and can manage your priorities with accuracy and excellent time management skills.
- You will have a Financial or Engineering degree, and will be able to show strong analytical competencies.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are valued for your teamwork.
- You must be fluent in English with Spanish and/or Italian highly valued.
