We are looking for a junior sushi chef to assist our chef in a sushi restaurant starting immediately. The restaurant will eventually create a new take-away concept and this person will be responsible for that role but needs to complete two months in service with tht existing team to learn our recipes and way of working. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Asian food, a willingness to learn, and would need to be available for a shift of 15h-23:30 daily.

Knowledge of preparing and cleaning fish and mise-en-place. Candidate should have some familiarity with HACCP and food hygiene.

Knowledge of Portuguese is not a must but strongly encouraged, as the other colleagues in the kitchen do not speak English.
