Junior Financial Controller

This is your mission

Are you passionate about financial analysis, P&L control and interaction with Front and Back Office teams? Then this position is for you.

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reconciliation and explanation of P&L figures within our financial ecosystem.

Build side:

• Perform daily reconciliation of P&L between Front Office and Back Office systems
• Identify, analyse and explain P&L breaks
• Contribute to the improvement of P&L processes and control frameworks
• Participate in the definition and enhancement of reconciliation methodologies
• Support the development of efficient reporting and control tools (Excel / VBA)

Run side:

• Produce and validate daily and periodic P&L figures
• Ensure accurate P&L explain and reporting to stakeholders
• Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, Risk and Finance teams
• Answer stakeholders’ questions related to P&L and valuation topics
• Ensure controls are performed in line with internal procedures and standards

You have experience in Finance/Control functions within demanding financial environments.

You enjoy analysing figures, investigating discrepancies and interacting with multiple stakeholders.

You are building or consolidating a career in Market Finance, with exposure to P&L, ALM/Treasury activities and regulatory frameworks.

You enjoy developing your technical expertise while gaining a strong understanding of Front‑to‑Back processes.
