WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with prospecting and contacting new clients in the SMB sector;
- Monitoring and managing the existing client portfolio;
- Identifying clients’ needs;
- Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of commercial proposals and contracts;
- Collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams to define solutions;
- Attending meetings with clients and monitoring the sales cycle;
- Supporting the management of the sales pipeline and reporting.
PROFILE:
- A degree in Computer Science, Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred);
- Previous experience in sales roles within the Information Technology sector is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of key Microsoft technology solutions;
- Good knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office 365;
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
- A consultative approach and an interest in the commercial sector;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
- Team spirit and the ability to work effectively with technical teams;
- Proactivity, dynamism and a desire for continuous learning.
