Junior Salesforce Consultant

Responibilities

• Start your consulting career working with Salesforce in telco and digital services environments
• Follow a structured Salesforce training path with hands-on coaching and certification support
• Develop skills in Salesforce Communications Cloud (OmniStudio fundamentals to project-ready level)
• Design and build OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors following best practices
• Support Order Management configurations, including product catalog, cart, and order orchestration
• Contribute to Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), participating in refinement, estimation, development, and demos
• Work with modern engineering tools and practices (Jira, Git, code reviews, SDLC)
• Write technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and QA teams to deliver value to clients

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areas
• 0–2 years of experience in IT or Software Engineering
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP)
• Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, and HTML/CSS
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modelling concepts
• Familiarity with Git (branching, commits, pull requests)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, user stories, sprints)
• Fluent in English and Portuguese - written and spoken (mandatory)
• Interest in Salesforce and a consulting career path

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce (Trailhead, Admin fundamentals, Apex)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of linting tools and development best practices
