Junior Technical Business Analyst**Summary**

As an **Junior Technical Technical Business Analyst**, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective technology solutions. This role involves understanding business needs, configuring software, conducting manual testing as a core responsibility, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful solution adoption. You will gain hands\-on experience, mentorship from experienced colleagues, and opportunities to grow your technical and client\-facing skills.**In this role you will**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Facilitate collaborative sessions with clients to gather and clarify requirements, including **functional, non\-functional, and integration needs**
* Configure software components such as workflows and business rules, and configure monitoring dashboards and alerts; maintain accurate configuration records and change history.
* Perform **manual testing** as a core responsibility (plan, design, and execute test cases for acceptance, stress, and performance)
* Track and triage defects in **Jira** and document outcomes in **Confluence**, collaborate with engineering using **GitLab**.
* Support integrations and data flows using Application Programming Interfaces (**APIs**), including Representational State Transfer (**REST)** and Simple Object Access Protocol (**SOAP**), and messaging with RabbitMQ; prepare test data, validate end\-to\-end flows, and ensure environment readiness.
* Deliver clear project documentation (e.g., training materials and configuration guides) and provide training to key users
* provide initial post\-launch support and ensure a smooth transition to maintenance teams.
**About the Ideal Candidate**
* Degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
* 2–3 years of experience in **software testing and implementation**, with emphasis on manual testing, system configuration, and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with business analysis techniques, tools, and notations such as Business Process Model and Notation (**BPMN**) and Unified Modeling Language (**UML**); able to create clear process flows and use cases.
* Working knowledge of **APIs (REST/SOAP)**, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and messaging with RabbitMQ; understanding of relational and non\-relational databases and the software development life cycle.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish with effective communication with diverse stakeholders; comfortable in client\-facing settings, including periodic on\-site client visits as needed.
