Join a dynamic operations team at the heart of the trading lifecycle.

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to support trade allocation, clearing, and post‑trade processes while acting as a key link between clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal teams.

What you’ll do:

* Act as the primary contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) on trade allocation and clearing matters
* Monitor daily trading activity and ensure straight‑through processing (STP) across relevant exchanges
* Track and resolve unmatched or pending trades, ensuring same‑day (T‑day) booking
* Perform reconciliations between internal systems, exchanges, and back‑office tools
* Manage close‑outs and client exercises as required
* Identify and monitor operational risks, escalating issues when needed
* Collaborate on projects and system enhancements, including market and internal tool releases
* Maintain clear and professional communication via email and phone



Qualificações What you Bring:

* Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a relevant field
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Exposure to data tools (Power Query, VBA, Python) is a plus, not a requirement
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
