Description

In this role, you will operate and evolve HR data and reporting platforms used for social reporting and CSRD compliance. You will ensure data accuracy, platform stability, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions supporting global HR reporting in a complex industrial environment.

Requirements

* Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
* Knowledge of Workiva reporting platform
* Understanding of data integration, pipelines, and data processing workflows
* Experience in data analysis and reporting environments
* Strong functional knowledge in HR data management, corporate reporting, ESG/sustainability reporting, and regulatory reporting frameworks (CSRD)
* Ability to operate in international and industrial environments
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

* Ensure day-to-day operations of HR data platforms, including monitoring and maintaining data pipelines
* Resolve incidents and provide L2/L3 support for reporting solutions
* Operate and support platforms such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Workiva
* Maintain accurate data flows between HR systems and reporting environments
* Support the generation of regulatory and sustainability reports and ensure CSRD compliance
* Manage HR data ingestion pipelines and maintain transformation and reporting models
* Implement functional and technical enhancements to improve reporting processes and performance
* Support deployment of new reporting capabilities and continuous platform improvement

Nice to have

* Knowledge of SAP HR ecosystem
* Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments
* Familiarity with international industrial organizations
* Exposure to HR analytics, ESG metrics, and sustainability reporting
