What you will do:

• Provide wide-ranging legal advice to EDP Group business in Portugal
• Generic legal advice to regional business development and management of legal support to both the regions and platform activities based in Portugal
• Assistance to the Legal & Governance CoEs in their activities with Portuguese-law aspects
• Drafting and negotiating contractual documentation accessory to the Group's businesses and platforms in Portugal, including for energy supply products, energy management, partnership and joint-venture agreements,
• Corporate legal advice ranging from day-to-day management to supporting internal and external restructurings, mergers, demergers, and acquisitions and disposals of assets.
• Support in public procurement, administrative law and energy matters, with focus on daily business activities

What are we looking for

• Degree / Master in Law;
• More than 5 years experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in house context, providing legal advice to companies and businesses
• Inscribed as a Lawyer in the Portuguese Bar Association is mandatory
• Responsible, organized, proactive, motivated and with excellent analytical skills
• Able to handle both internal and external stakeholder's communication
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
