What you will do:

• Provide legal advice to EDP Group business in Portugal, namely support to the development and licensing of energy generation (including Hydro, Thermal, Wind and Solar) and storage projects
• Drafting and negotiating PPAs and B2B energy supply and energy related services contracts
• Analyzing and drafting of energy related supply agreements
• Support in public procurement and administrative law
• Review and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts and subcontracts associated with energy production facilities
• Support in regulatory issues including licensing, remuneration and sanctioning matters

What are we looking for

• Degree / Master in Law;
• 3 to 5 years experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in house context, providing legal advice to companies and businesses
• Inscribed as a Lawyer in the Portuguese Bar Association is mandatory
• Responsible, organized, proactive, motivated and with excellent analytical skills
• Able to handle both internal and external stakeholder's communication
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
