We are looking for a Lead SMM Manager to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

* Develop and execute data-driven content and channel strategies to drive both organic and paid growth;
* Create and oversee production of high-quality, viral photo and video content tailored to different trends and audience behaviors;
* Leverage AI tools to generate innovative content formats and enhance storytelling across social platforms;
* Grow and engage active online communities by optimizing content for platform algorithms and leveraging influencer collaborations;
* Analyze social media KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to inform ongoing strategy;
* Collaborate closely with performance and brand teams to ensure social media efforts directly contribute to revenue and business goals.

We expect from you:

* Proven experience in SMM for large brands or digital products with an active audience;
* Strong understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to translate social media activity into measurable business growth;
* Hands-on experience in creating viral social media content, including high-quality photo and video production;
* Proficiency in AI-driven content creation tools and techniques;
* Demonstrated success in growing engagement and reach on different channels — including influencer marketing campaigns;
* Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms and how to optimize content accordingly;
* Experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance against KPIs;
* Advanced English proficiency (C1\+), both written and verbal.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
