We are looking for a Legal Business Partner for Highgate Hotels in Portugal. The position may be based in Lisbon or Albufeira.

As a Legal Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations within the legal function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services that contribute to value creation and safeguard the group’s reputation.

You will act as a true business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to maximize engagement and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Challenges you’ll love:
* Delivering a full range of legal services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe;
* Building relationships and interacting with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise;
* Providing innovative legal planning solutions and a 360º risk assessment;
* Identify and mitigate legal risks;
* Co-working with the all the peers in all the legal obligations;
* Manage legal provision and legal compliance process;
* Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices;
* Manage and coordinate legal audits.





What you need to shine in this role:
* Proven work experience as a Legal Business Partner of at least 5 years. Previous experience in an a law firm on corporate law or in a corporate environment will be duly taken into account;
* Excellent knowledge of corporate law, civil law and labor law;
* Knowledge of MS Office;
* Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems;
* Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships;
* Strong personnel management skills;
* Registered and active member in the Bar.
