About the role

What you'll do

* Drafting legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g. final terms/pricing supplements)
* Being co-responsible person for several base prospectuses
* Reviewing legal documentation for structured financial products according to internal and external guidelines
* Contributing to (regulatory) projects and initiatives
* Supporting automation of processes and regulatory documents
* Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (law firms, regulators and exchanges) in terms of legal documentation and related processes
* Answering regulatory requests and questions around structured financial products together with all relevant stakeholders (such as Product Management, Middle Office, Trading)
* Providing internal advice in respect of the documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters



What you'll need

* Master’s degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
* Experience in the financial sector
* Knowledge in the area of financial derivatives and structured products
* Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
* Willingness to further expand knowledge in structured products
* Detail-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to take initiative and to work independently in fast-paced settings
* Talent for managing own goals and setting priorities
* Fluent in business English
